Refund Policy

Overview

Please read this before you buy. Because of the nature of digital products, our refund policy is strict. We want to be upfront about it so there are no surprises after your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once payment is confirmed and access is granted, the transaction is complete. This applies regardless of whether you have opened the materials, used the Software, or made progress through the programme.

The reason is straightforward: unlike a physical product, a digital product cannot be returned. The moment you receive access, you have received the full value of what you paid for. Refund requests based on change of mind, lack of results, or failure to use the product will not be entertained.

The Guarantee

We stand behind this product. If a refund is not on the table, accountability is. Here is what we offer instead:

If you complete the full 30-day plan, submit your Upwork profile as directed, send at least 10 proposals using the AI writing tool, and actively show up in the community — and you still have not landed a single client — we will personally work with you 1:1 until you do. No extra charge.

This is not a vague promise. It is a direct commitment from us to you.

How to Claim the Guarantee

To invoke the guarantee, email us with documented proof of all four conditions:

• Screenshots or records showing completion of the 30-day plan tasks.
• Your live Upwork profile link.
• Screenshots of at least 10 proposals sent using the AI writer.
• Evidence of community participation throughout the programme.

We will review your submission and respond within 5 business days. If everything checks out, we will schedule your first 1:1 session promptly.

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

• Partial completion of the programme.
• Proposals sent without using the AI writer included in this product.
• Upwork account suspensions or restrictions. You are solely responsible for complying with Upwork's own Terms of Service.
• Results beyond landing your first client. The guarantee covers getting you to your first client, not a specific income level.
