Overview

By purchasing and using Make Your First $1,000 on Upwork — The 30-Day Blueprint, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

Who We Are

The 30-Day Upwork Blueprint is an independently operated digital product business based in Pakistan. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Upwork Inc. in any way. The name "Upwork" is used purely for descriptive purposes. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

What You Are Buying

This is a bundled digital product consisting of:

• Written guides, templates, and proposal scripts delivered as downloadable files.
• A web-based Software tool with AI-assisted writing features.
• Community access, if included, provided on a best-effort basis.

Delivery is instant and digital. Nothing physical is shipped. Access is granted manually after your bank transfer is verified.

Your License

When you purchase, you receive a single-user, non-transferable, revocable license to use this product for your own personal freelancing activities. That is it. The license is yours alone and cannot be passed on to anyone else.

What You Cannot Do

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your access without a refund:

• Sharing your login credentials with anyone else.
• Purchasing as part of a group-buy arrangement.
• Reselling, redistributing, or republishing any part of the product.
• Reverse engineering or copying the Software or its underlying logic.
• Using the product to build a competing product or service.
• Using the product to train AI models.

If we detect or reasonably suspect any of the above, your access will be revoked immediately. No refund will be issued.

No Earnings Guarantee

We do not guarantee that you will make money, win clients, or achieve any specific financial result. Your results depend entirely on your effort, skill level, market conditions, and how consistently you apply what is taught. Any income figures mentioned in our marketing are illustrative, not typical. This product is educational. What you do with it is up to you.

Upwork Account Risk

This is important. We have no control over Upwork's platform, policies, or decisions. If your Upwork account is suspended, restricted, or banned for any reason while using strategies from this product, that is entirely your responsibility. We bear zero liability for any platform-level consequences. You are responsible for reading and complying with Upwork's own Terms of Service independently. No refund will be issued under these circumstances.

What We Are Not Responsible For

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this product — including but not limited to lost income, lost clients, or lost opportunities. Our total liability to you in any situation is capped at the amount you actually paid for this product.

The product is provided as-is. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Refund Policy

Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your access at any time, without notice and without refund, if you violate any part of these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends immediately and you must stop using all materials.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled under Pakistani jurisdiction. Before taking any formal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue directly by email within 30 days.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the product after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
